Gift Aid Form

Charity Gift Aid Declaration

Boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate

Gift Aid is reclaimed by the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of the United Kingdom from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer.

Name of Charity: National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of the United Kingdom

I understand that:

As a UK taxpayer, if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed in any given tax year on my donations, it is my responsibility to pay any shortfall to HMRC.

Expression of Wish

If I make a donation, I can express a wish as to which fund my donation or payment of Ḥuqúqu’lláh is to be used for. In such a case Gift Aid can be claimed. In expressing a wish, I understand that the National Assembly has complete discretion as to how to use the funds for its charitable purposes, although it will have regard for my expressed wishes. And that if it were not to fulfil them, it would inform me accordingly.

It is my wish that all my donations or payments for the duration of this Gift Aid declaration should be considered as being for the National Assembly.
